This 44 hectare (more or less) operating dairy farm is in a prime location, just 24km east of the service town of Otorohanga and 31km to Te Awamutu. The property provides the new owner with the opportunity to change its use to dairy support, or a combination of cattle grazing and cropping, or simply carry-on milking.

Currently the farm is run on an all-grass system with hay and silage fed during the winter months prior to calving and when the feed curve is at its lowest. All 80 cows are wintered on, with the heifers returning home 1st June and the calves off 1st November.
Fencing is of a good standard with boundary comprising of conventional post, batten and wire and some hedging. The internal fencing is 2-4 wire electric. The farm is subdivided into approximately 42 paddocks and the waterways have a single wire electric fence.
The water supply comes from a source in a neighbouring property via easement and is reticulated to all paddocks, the dairy shed and the home. There is a Dosatron system in place. Effluent collection is by way of a storage bladder which has the capacity of 330,000 litres and the effluent is spread through a hydrants/sprinkler system and can cover up to 15 hectares.
The soils in the area are predominantly Mairoa Ash with some silty loam present. Soil tests and fertiliser reports are available.
Primary schooling is nearby at Maihiihi village along with a play centre. Secondary school options are in Otorohanga and Te Awamutu.
